My weight loss journey, has definitely been a journey over the past 6 years. The journey is never over. My goal is not to lose weight, it’s to be happy and healthy. My mindset is different now, from all the years of growing and changing. I’ve been on both ends of the spectrum of anorexic/bulimic in high school, to over eating/binging on unhealthy foods. How you deal with your emotions is your choice alone. How will you chose?
1. SELF LOVE 💗 and HAPPINESS 😆 is VITAL- to living the life you always want and dream of.
3. Body shaming yourself and or anyone else that is (even just plain shaming or just plain negativity)- you need to cut that out of your life!
4. Starting to make small daily positive habits, more and more.
6. Changing my diet to plant-based, saved my life in more ways than I could’ve imagined-finding out my will power.
7. YOGA changed my life in the most positive way, going deeper into my subconscious, healing me from the inside/out, look at that true smile during my third pregnancy and after!
8. The scale is a LIAR 🤥!!!! Your number is NOT a reflection of YOU, nor is it accurate.
9. Look out for my book coming out, it’s in the process!
