How to apply these in our daily lives.

(Love our self, Love others, we are all one, we are all connected, Love always, share and spread that Love)

1. Loving Kindness- Benevolence. Not only to desire what makes someone else happy, but also to bring joy to our beloved person and happiness to someone you love because your intention is to love.

2. Compassion- The desire to ease the pain of another person and the ability to do so. A good understanding of the nature of the suffering of this beloved person is in order to help them. Understanding through meditation, looking deep into the heart of things.

3. Joy – If there is no joy in love it is not true love. Understand the person you you’re loving, so that you can bring joy into their life, knowing what makes them happy. Meditate.

4. Freedom- Equanimity and/or Freedom. In true love you are free. Being free to be the person you truly are and vice versa. Bring freedom to the person you love. The person you love most, feels free not only on the outside but also on the inside.
