#kidsyogacamp #day1 was a huge success!! Thank you @theroseangel321 for the lovely #kidsyoga and #crystal #meditation! Then we had some gardening with @leefitlife setting with intention crystals, to set goals or visions for the next year to come with carnelians. Later we had some #artsandcrafts and #aerialyoga . We played with #inversions, feeling the spine relax, and getting over fears! We also learned about #crystalbowls and how the #vibrations on a sound level can effect our body in a positive healing way. Then we ended the day with a lovely #crystal #savasana in the #aerialhammocks learning how to calm our bodies down naturally and feeling the weightlessness 🌈❤️ Join our kids yoga camp, tomorrow 9:30am-3:30pm.
