These waves of emotions that we all feel all the time…I am reminded again today, to not feel ashamed for how you’re feeling. There’s nothing wrong with feeling any emotion, they are all valid. Taking time to acknowledge that we’re having this emotion(s) of sadness, pain, happiness, remorse, anger, frustration, more and/or all combined at once, it will still be ok.

Our body is such an energy maker! We produce so much energy! We share it, we give it, exchanging love and hate and more. Whatever you’re feeling, don’t let the feelings take control of your life. Release whatever you need to release through the wonderful natural medicine of movement. Don’t know where to begin? Don’t think you should start until the beginning of the month? Waiting and waiting until something boils over…
