I don’t drink. I believe alcohol changes our state of our mind into a way that is not meant to be all the time. I believe it blocks our chi, Qi, our life force, our prana, our ability to see truth, to be honest with ourselves. If you have to drink to be honest, there’s something wrong. Start to change the way you think and believe, into a positive way.
🌈I do drink sometimes, it’s social with lovely company as always, as a celebration, I usually only have 1 and I’m good. Being vegan now for 3.5 years, has changed the way alcohol and medicine effects my body. My body is sensitive now to other influences. Being mindful of what I put into my body, to be the strongest my body can be for my children and to see their lives continue as God allows me.
❤️Alcohol is made from putting grains, fruits or vegetables through a process called fermentation (when yeast or bacteria react with the sugars in food – the by-products are ethanol and carbon dioxide).
🙏Putting death in the body. What you put into your body is what you’re going to receive back into your life.
