Like we were discussing at the workshop. It doesn’t matter what size you are or how many muscles you have. It’s about balance and using the right muscles. You can find balance. Believe in yourself. You are the most important. We doubt ourselves too much, too often. Give more credit to yourself. You’re amazing! I started my yoga journey when I was 220 lbs. and it has brought me back to my center over and over again. I’m thankful for this practice and every day and moment we have. Have #gratitude
