How to start Healing


It’s taken me a while to be ok with how things are now. I’m no longer afraid. I just want to raise our kids the best we can. As we all should. No matter what that means. We all need healing.
Anyone who needs a guide on How to start healing:
1. Identify
2. Analyze
3. Forgive
4. Gratitude
5. Recharge
I recognize the healing I need and what my family needs.
I took a long time and still analyzing.
I have forgiven myself and you.
I’m thanking myself for making the decision that serves me best, and our family best. I have forgiven you, still processing more forgiving.
I am recharging my soul and family.
Don’t be afraid of what society tells you how things are supposed to be. Just do you. I will no longer hold back the beautiful memories our children make, it may be hurtful sometimes, but I’m embracing that hurt, and turning it into a new love, that’s healthy for us all. I will always have love for you and our children. Always blessings to the present and future. @charmeo85
