I took my training @sugarlandlifepoweryoga with @highvibinhollie and @just_b_rollin (they’re amazing teachers!!) when I was 7 months pregnant and didn’t wait because I knew once my little one was born it was going to be a long time until I get the training. If you’re ever wanting to just get more knowledge and learn more about yoga this is the training for you, whether you decide to teach after or not is up to you. We make lifelong friendships, build a community within each other for amazing love and support, give you knowledgeable and useful information to help you and your practice grow to amazing heights, and so much more!
