
I teach on the mat with you! It’s an intense practice, incorporating cardio, tribal dance, yoga, plyometrics, in one seamless practice. We tire out a specific part of the body, shake it out, and move onto the next. This practice also has different arm balances, fun transitions, the music is loud and energetic!
