Lol swipe for yoga fail. I say the f word, if you’re offended don’t swipe. #handstandsforchristmas with @aprilfort trusting myself without the wall. Feeling the inversions for a couple seconds is the most progress I have made. Attention to my hands closer. Attention to my feet pointing.
