Proudly presenting the Root and Bloom Women’s Retreat!!! Sponsored by Golden Ratio Nutrition ❤ We welcome you to a safe place in the mountains of Albuquerque, New Mexico. This retreat is a haven to reconnect with yourself and to set your intentions for the new season ahead of you. ROOTing your foundations for your heart and BLOOMing through growth of exploration in healing. We will be staying in a lovely yurt, exclusive to women only. .
We will go through Labyrinth Meditations, a Intertribal Master Buti Yoga Class with Inga and Acosia Red Elk, Gathering of Nations Pow Wow, Cave Exploring, Vegan and Vegetarian Meal options, and more! .
