Emo Yin Balance Flow

Instead of leaving your emotions, running from them, running from situations…take them, let yourself fall, feel everything as is you’re supposed to feel them. It’s ok to feel sadness and a deep depression, it’s ok to feel anxiety, it’s ok to feel hate and anger, it’s ok to feel in fear. If we run away from these emotions, we’re running away from our true selves, lying to ourselves of what we’re really feeling, and blocking our true energy’s potential. As you feel everything, move through them, through breath, meditation, movement, expression, feeling, physically, emotionally, spiritually, energetically… to process, to move on, to come to a conclusion in your heart that feels real and true to you. Being vulnerable isn’t at its highest with your friends or family, it’s within you. Being vulnerable to you and your feelings is the most raw, authentic, real, true self. Don’t run away from what you feel, as spiritual and energetic beings we are meant to be as magical as you see in your dreams. Are you listening to your dreams? Find what your subconscious is trying to tell you. Listen to your heart. This is where all of your power comes from. The universe isn’t interested in your achievements….just your heart. When you chose to act out of love, kindness, and compassion, you are already aligned with your true purpose. There’s no need to look any further. Blessings on this Saturday. 🙏❤️
