Uttarabodhi Mudra
I also call this the #unicorn Mudra!
πŸ’œπŸ€πŸ’œ
The mudra or gesture of enlightenment. The hands interlace and your index fingers and thumbs release and connect with their respective finger. Your index fingers should point up to the sky and your thumbs should point down to the earth. This mudra should be practiced for 15 to 20 minutes, one to three times a day to get the best results, but can be performed any time and any place as needed.
✨
Uttarabodhi mudra can be used to connect with cosmic consciousness or the divine energy of the universe. This can also be compared to connecting to the highest version of ourselves. This mudra refreshes the body and mind like pressing refresh on your browser. It’s a chance to give a flash of energy to our selves. This mudra has a relaxing effect on the mind and body. It can be especially beneficial to practice before giving a presentation or teaching a class or workshop.
