Activating Pineal Gland

🌀👁🌀The pineal gland is the size of a pea, and is located in the center of the brain. Did you know that this precious and tiny gland has more blood flow per cubic volume than any other organ in the body? Within the pineal gland key neurotransmitters are made, like melatonin, and are known to dictate key biological processes. Melatonin itself is known as an anti-aging and anti-stress agent as its one of the most powerful antioxidants known that also suppresses stress hormones, like cortisol.
💠
Melatonin is significant for its effects on our immune system, our mood, quality + quantity of sleep, how we age and our circadian rhythms. When melatonin levels are disrupted we experience depression, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, mood swings, restlessness, anger, and more.
💎
it is not surprising that an activated pineal gland has been connected with spirituality for millennia.

Our pineal gland under-performs when it’s poorly maintained, under stress and exposed to toxicity. CALCIFICATION can occur where the pineal gland becomes hardened, inhibited and deteriorated. Most of us unfortunately live in a world that exposes us to many forms of toxicity that ultimately contributes to our stress — biological, environmental and energetic triggering emotional, mental and physical imbalance. 👁

Pineal gland cysts or calcification may be found in up to 60% of people. Calcification can be very serious as it can greatly contribute to endocrine disorders (our stress response system) and low melatonin-serotonin production, which is linked to many illnesses, such as rapid aging, insomnia, migraines, stroke, schizophrenia, breast and prostate cancer, stroke, etc.
(Also I’m adding shilajit and spirulina- see my post continued in comments. Also drink clean water and bathe in clean water- Berkey shower filters and water filters are my favorite)
